Human Nature Care ("we", "us") is a domiciliary care agency registered in Scotland (Musselburgh, East Lothian). We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of our clients' and staff's personal information.

                          Information We Collect

To provide safe care services, we must collect the following:

• Clients: Name, address, date of birth, GP details, medical history, medication records, and key safe access codes.
• Staff: Contact details, PVG disclosure records, banking details (for payroll), and shift logs.

                             How We Use Your Data

We use this data strictly for:

• delivering personal care and support in your home.
• scheduling visits and monitoring staff attendance (Electronic Call Monitoring).
• complying with the Care Inspectorate and Local Authority regulations.
• responding to medical emergencies.

                                        Data Security

We store your data securely using encrypted software. Physical care plans are kept in secure locations. We do not sell your data to third parties.

                                  Camera Permission

Our mobile application requires access to your device's camera to scan QR codes 

for visit verification purposes. The camera is only activated when a care 

professional actively scans a QR code during a client visit. 

We do not:

- Store photos or images captured by the camera

- Transmit camera data to our servers

- Share camera access with third parties

- Use the camera for any purpose other than QR code scanning

The camera permission can be revoked at any time through your device settings.
